Kindale L. Grinage-Botchway, LCSW-R is a New York -based Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Christian Counselor devoted to the education and empowerment of those navigating personal and situational challenges. In her approximate 15 years of post-graduate experience she has worked in the private and public sector servicing adults, children, and families by way of administrating, training, coaching, and providing direct support to youth, adults, families, schools, hospitals and community organizations. In her tenure, she has experience in serving persons diagnosed with psychiatric disorders, those experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges and severe cognitive and learning delays. Her extensive field work has transformed the lives of others impacted by acute and complex trauma, substance use, parenting difficulties and so much more.  She believes in engaging, esteeming, and empowering others to think critically about life circumstances and to find and reclaim their voice thereby promoting healing and lasting change.

Kindale obtained her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Molloy College and her Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. She is also a Chaplain, is a proud member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and believes in the integration of the whole person in the healing process.
